Throughout the history of Humanity, people have contemplated questions such as:
- “Who are we?”
- “Where do we come from?”
- “What is the meaning of life?”
Many ancient sources of wisdom contain stories of the creation of the world and of life, when Humanity was young and the feats of its heroes struck the imagination. Such stories can be found in the Indian Upanishads, Scandinavian Edda, Greek Iliad, Mayan Popol Vuh, and many other texts.
These stories were passed through the generations orally long before they were written. Interestingly, stories from all the distant places on Earth demonstrate many commonalities in structure, details, and key events.
Notwithstanding the differences in culture, origin, and even the epoch of creation, the ancient myths reflect something common, something originally inherent in all Humanity.
These stories and texts, left to us by our common distant ancestors, are the pieces of the big puzzle, reflecting just the small details of the wholeness.
We will try to solve that puzzle step by step, travel by travel, in order to see the big picture. We will gather all the parts of that mirror one by one to look inside and see our own reflection, to understand ourselves deeply.
To let this transformation happen, it is not enough to read a myth or story sitting on the sofa at home. You have to relive the ancient script, walk the pathways of its heroes, breathe the same air, overcome the same obstacles, and win the same prize: a piece of ancient truth. We should dare to participate in this story with our conscious mind, emotions, and body – the whole of our being. Only then may the Ancient knowledge transform itself into the Power.
